St. Patrick's NS: Glanworth 🌞Carepack.ie is a voluntary organisation that runs a kindness campaign every Christmas, connecting residents in Nursing Homes and Care Homes with kind members of the public who would like to send them a gift for Christmas. We also connect Schools and Youth Groups with residents so that young people can send letters, cards and artwork as part of the kindness campaign.
The pupils in fourth class sent Christmas cards to the residents of two nursing homes in County Cork this week.Each resident received a heartfelt message from the pupils along with jokes, a small soft toy and a ‘Christmas Hug’. While we were busy posting our cards we bumped into Fr. Corkery, who wished us all a Happy Christmas😁.
